The integration exposes ProShip logistics tools over the Model Context Protocol endpoint. Without an account, agents can call track_parcel to trace packages or inspect delivery statuses. Once an authorization token is supplied, the agent gains access to creating orders, checking duplicates, canceling shipments, and fetching shipping labels.
The server architecture remains stateless by passing Bearer tokens directly upstream to api.proship.me. It keeps only an in-memory cache lasting 10 minutes to serve label PDF files.
Payload weights must be passed in grams. Order identifiers use pipe-delimited identifiers like order-xxx|123, and print_label fails unless given this complete string.
