What Contenta Photo Converter does

This server lets the agent reach image files stored on a Windows machine. Point it at a folder and it runs the conversion, changes dimensions, adjusts a shot, or turns a set of pictures into a PDF album. Metadata editing is part of the same toolkit.

More than a hundred formats are supported for input and output. Everything runs locally, so your files stay on the machine.

You need Windows and Node.js, since the server starts through npx. Without Node the launch line fails and nothing comes up.

What it helps with

  • convert a folder of RAW shots to JPEG
  • shrink image dimensions before sending them off
  • build a PDF album from finished photos
  • crop a picture and save it in another format
  • tidy up image names and metadata

Example prompts for the agent

  • Convert every photo in Shots to JPEG and put the results in out
  • Build a PDF album from the images in photos/final
  • Resize the pictures in assets to 1200 pixels wide
