PandaDoc MCP Server — Claude Code MCP server: install
Connects an AI assistant to PandaDoc for document, signature, and status work. Use it to review agreements or prepare new documents.
claude mcp add --transport http mcp https://mcp.pandadoc.com/v1/mcpWhat PandaDoc MCP Server does
PandaDoc MCP Server lets an assistant work with PandaDoc documents. It can find agreements, report signing progress, show which recipients still need to sign, and summarize payment terms or obligations. It can also create a document from a template, send it for signature, and inspect follow-up needs.
PandaDoc hosts the server and exposes it through Streamable HTTP with OAuth sign-in. You do not run a local server: connect the endpoint, sign in to PandaDoc, choose a workspace, and approve the assistant’s access. Global accounts use https://mcp.pandadoc.com/v1/mcp; European accounts use the regional endpoint.
For Claude Code, add the endpoint with claude mcp add --transport http mcp https://mcp.pandadoc.com/v1/mcp, then open /mcp and authorize PandaDoc. Without that authorization, the assistant cannot access your documents.
What it helps with
- check who still needs to sign a contract
- find documents waiting for signatures
- summarize payment terms and key obligations
- create an agreement from a template and send it
- identify signed agreements approaching renewal
Example prompts for the agent
- Check the Acme contract and tell me who still needs to sign it.
- Summarize the payment terms and main obligations in this agreement.
- Create an NDA for Acme from the standard template and let me review it before sending.
