Palmyr — Claude Code MCP server: phone, email, VPS, domains
Hands your agent a phone number, inbox, VPS, domains and social accounts. You pay in USDC per action, no API key.
claude mcp add --transport http palmyr https://palmyr.ai/mcpWhat Palmyr does
Palmyr runs as an MCP server at https://palmyr.ai/mcp and exposes a set of services to the agent: phone numbers, voice calls, email inboxes, VPS hosting, domains, non-custodial wallets on Base and Solana, plus X and TikTok accounts. There is also an i402 orchestrator. You describe the outcome you want, the server answers with a plan of x402 calls, and your wallet signs each payment itself. Nothing is held in escrow — i402 v0.1 executes entirely client-side.
Payments go through x402. The agent hits an endpoint, gets a 402 with a PAYMENT-REQUIRED header, sends USDC to the treasury and retries with an X-PAYMENT header. Whichever wallet paid for a resource owns it. No signup, no keys. That also sets the hard requirement: you need a funded wallet on Solana mainnet or Base, and the private key stays on your side.
A CLI ships alongside the MCP server — @palmyr/cli, Node.js 22 or newer. Same operations from the terminal, with JSON output via --json or PALMYR_JSON=1. You can skip the global install and run it through npx. Several services are still pending: the Visa crypto card, a physical mailing address, Reddit and LinkedIn, and object storage. Do not plan around those yet.
What it helps with
- give an agent its own phone number for SMS
- spin up a dedicated inbox for one task
- deploy a VPS and SSH straight into it
- register a domain and manage its DNS
- post to X from a purchased account
Example prompts for the agent
- Connect Palmyr and find an available US phone number
- Deploy a VPS on Hetzner and push my project to it
- Run an i402 plan to launch a brand with a 60 USDC budget

Questions about Palmyr
How do I install Palmyr in Claude Code?
Run claude mcp add --transport http palmyr https://palmyr.ai/mcp. The server then shows up in your MCP list and the agent can call it.
What does Palmyr do?
It provisions phone numbers, inboxes, VPS instances, domains, wallets and social accounts for an agent. Each action is paid in USDC over x402, and the paying wallet address becomes the owner of the resource.
Does Palmyr need an API key?
No. Your wallet is the identity: the agent pays USDC on Solana or Base, and the same address gets access to what it bought.
