The server answers questions about citizenship- and residency-by-investment programmes, visa rules, HNWI taxation and the practical side of moving country. It ships 63 tools: list_programmes lists programmes with their minimum investment, compare_programmes puts two to four side by side, and plan_path ranks routes from a person's current citizenship toward a goal. Separate calls cover capital controls, non-resident banking, foreign property purchases and double-tax treaties.
Connection is remote and needs no API key. Transport is Streamable HTTP over stateless JSON-RPC 2.0 at https://mcp.mirabelloconsultancy.com/mcp. Of the 63 tools, 59 only read data; four act for the user — booking a consultation, generating a briefing, subscribing to changes, creating an enquiry — and only after explicit consent.
Facts come back with a source, a verification date and a confidence value. When something cannot be confirmed, the server says so rather than filling the gap. Keep that in mind: the output works as a starting point for research, not as a substitute for legal advice on a specific country.
