mcp-zoop — Claude Code MCP server: what it does, how to install
Connects Zoop marketplace payment services to AI agents. It handles Pix charges, multi-seller splits, bank transfers, and disputes directly from chat.
claude mcp add mcp-zoop -e ZOOP_API_KEY=<ZOOP_API_KEY> -- npx -y @codespar/mcp-zoopWhat mcp-zoop does
This server exposes 28 tools mapped to the Zoop marketplace API. The assistant can charge customers through Pix, cards, or boleto, tokenize payment credentials, and register both buyers and sellers. It also configures split rules across several merchants and handles full or partial refunds.
Payout management works out of the box. Agents can inspect seller balances, initiate transfers to linked bank accounts, and fetch recurring subscription records.
Execution requires ZOOP_API_KEY and ZOOP_MARKETPLACE_ID in the environment. Without these credentials, Basic Auth requests fail immediately, so configure a sandbox account before running live workflows.
What it helps with
- distribute customer checkouts across marketplace sellers using split rules
- generate Pix transactions with copy-paste payloads and QR codes
- transfer collected funds to seller bank accounts
- inspect chargeback disputes and seller balances through your assistant
Example prompts for the agent
- Generate a Pix transaction for 200 BRL with a split rule between seller A and seller B
- Check the current balance for seller
sel_123and trigger a bank transfer - List all active payment disputes registered in the marketplace
