mcp-andreani — Claude Code MCP server: Andreani shipping
Wires the Andreani courier API into your agent: shipments, tracking, rate quotes and labels handled from the chat.
claude mcp add mcp-andreani -e ANDREANI_API_KEY=<ANDREANI_API_KEY> -e ANDREANI_USER=<ANDREANI_USER> -e ANDREANI_PASSWORD=<ANDREANI_PASSWORD> -- npx -y @codespar/mcp-andreaniWhat mcp-andreani does
Eighteen tools come with this server, all aimed at Andreani logistics. You can open a shipment, pull its status by tracking number, get a rate quote, generate a label as PDF, cancel an order, look up branches, book a courier pickup or file a return.
Login happens inside the server. It takes your username and password, exchanges them for a JWT, and sends that token along with the API key on every call. Three environment variables are mandatory before it starts: ANDREANI_API_KEY, ANDREANI_USER, ANDREANI_PASSWORD. Miss one and there is nothing to talk to.
The package ships as alpha. Request paths were written against the public docs and have not been validated end to end on the live service, so pin the exact version if you are deploying this for real work — inside the 0.x.x-alpha line behaviour can shift from build to build.
What it helps with
- book an Andreani shipment without leaving the agent chat
- follow a parcel's progress by tracking number
- quote delivery cost for a given postal code
- export a shipment label as a PDF
- schedule a courier pickup or cancel one
Example prompts for the agent
- Create an Andreani shipment to an address in Córdoba and give me the tracking number
- Show the full tracking history for this tracking number
- Quote shipping to postal code 5000 and list the services available there
