mcp · hekkova — MCP server for Claude Code: permanent agent memory
Hekkova's MCP server mints photos, video, audio and text to Polygon and keeps them on IPFS. Useful when an agent should pin a moment for good instead of a local folder.
claude mcp add --transport http mcp https://mcp.hekkova.com/mcpWhat mcp does
Eight tools ship with the server. mint_moment takes a media file, encrypts it according to the chosen phase, pins it to IPFS and mints an ERC-721 on Polygon, handing back a Block ID. mint_from_url does the same for a public link and pulls og:title and og:image on its own. The rest — list_moments, get_moment, update_phase, export_moments, get_balance, get_account — cover browsing, privacy changes, JSON or CSV export and credit checks.
Privacy runs on four phases: new_moon is owner-only, crescent covers a close circle, gibbous opens to an extended group, full_moon is public. Lit Protocol handles encryption; gibbous access is token-gated through the Hekkova ERC-721, and the public phase carries no encryption at all. Shifting a phase costs one credit for text or images and two for video.
Running it locally means npm install, a .env file with Supabase, Thirdweb, Pinata and Stripe credentials, then npm run seed and npm run dev — the server answers on http://localhost:3000/mcp. Client configs point at that URL with an Authorization header carrying the key. No valid API key and no Supabase tables, and the tools will not answer: auth checks the key hash stored in api_keys. Rate limits depend on the plan, from 10 requests per minute on test keys up to 120 on Legacy.
What it helps with
- anchor a photo or clip on-chain instead of a cloud folder
- mint a tweet or post straight from its URL
- keep a moment visible to the owner alone
- dump every Block ID and IPFS CID into CSV
- see how many mints an account has left
Example prompts for the agent
- Mint this clip in the
new_moonphase and give me the Block ID - Grab the image at that link and save it as a moment
- List every moment tagged
traveland export them to CSV
