HasData Zillow — Claude Code MCP server: listings and property details
Two read-only tools that pull Zillow listings and full property records as structured JSON. Useful when your agent needs real estate data mid-conversation.

This is a hosted server, so there is no container to run. Every client points at the same URL, https://mcp.hasdata.com/mcp?apis=zillow, over streamable HTTP, with the key sent in an x-api-key header. It reads public Zillow pages that a signed-out visitor can see.
Two tools sit behind it. hasdata_zillow_listing_getRealEstateListings returns for-sale, for-rent and sold listings with address, price, Zestimate, beds and baths, square footage, home type, status, days on Zillow, coordinates and the listing agent. hasdata_zillow_property_getPropertyDetails takes a property URL and gives back price and tax history, the rent estimate, year built, HOA and assigned schools. Each call costs 10 credits.
You need a HasData API key from the dashboard, free to create with no card. Requests fail without the key in the header or environment. Clients that only speak stdio go through a launcher: @hasdata/zillow-mcp on npm or hasdata-zillow-mcp on PyPI. In Windsurf the field is serverUrl, not url — a config using url will not load there.
