Gradient MSP MCP — Claude Code MCP server: features and setup
This MCP server and CLI connect an agent to Gradient MSP Synthesize for usage uploads, billing-drift checks, and alert-to-ticket tracing.
Open on GitHubWhat Gradient MSP MCP does
The local setup includes gradient-cli and the gradient-mcp server. Together, they handle usage uploads, keep a local record of push discrepancies, and trace alerts to tickets. That gives an agent a way to inspect billing differences and follow an alert through to its ticket.
Claude Code can install the plugin from the msp-skills marketplace. The listing also names Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Cline, and Zed. Avoid HTTP mode in this build: it has no authentication and can be contacted by browser pages. Use the default stdio transport instead.
What it helps with
- push usage data to Gradient MSP
- find discrepancies in usage pushes and billing
- trace an alert to its ticket
- check available commands with
