The server is remote and speaks Streamable HTTP at https://mcp.deyaho.com/mcp. Your agent hands make_call a number in E.164 form, a business name and a goal, and gets a call_id in return. From there get_call reports status, duration, billed minutes, a short summary, the fields you asked for and the full transcript. list_calls shows recent calls, and get_pricing is free — it returns price, balance, limits, countries and calling hours.
You need a Deyaho account with minutes on it. Clients that support OAuth sign in without a key; everyone else sends a dy_mcp_... key in the Authorization: Bearer header. make_call will not run without call_purpose (service or commercial), consent_confirmed: true and a consent statement. A call stops at 4 minutes, each key gets 10 calls a day, and only one call runs at a time.
Calls go to Mexico (+52) and Spain (+34) only, from local numbers. Emergency, premium-rate and toll-free numbers are refused. Commercial calls to Spain must originate from a 400 number starting 17 October 2026, and until Deyaho holds one, make_call answers such a request with an error naming the 400 number requirement — so commercial dialling into Spain is off the table for now. A connected minute costs 0.25 USD; nobody picking up, a busy line or voicemail is not charged.
