defrr calculates revenue recognition schedules, contract waterfalls and usage charges. Connect it when you want an agent to work through contract terms.

The server handles contracts, renewals, credits, cancellations and usage pricing. It returns monthly revenue and deferred-balance figures. For renewals, it can show the price change and a catch-up amount when processing happens after the renewal has begun. Separate tools cover repricing and cancellation.
You need a defrr API key to connect. The server uses Streamable HTTP, with authentication passed in a request header. Calls consume credits, but a failed call is refunded. Each waterfall request covers up to 50 contracts, so larger sets must be sent in batches with carry passed between calls.
