Cellarion Wine Registry is a hosted MCP server at https://cellarion.app/api/mcp/public. Point your agent at it and it can look up wines, grape varieties, regions and appellations in the shared Cellarion registry. There is no sign-up step — the endpoint is public, so queries work as soon as the connection is in place.
Useful whenever the model is asked about wine and would otherwise guess. Picking a bottle for dinner, checking which variety a Douro Port is recorded under, sorting out appellation names — the facts come from the registry instead of the model's memory.
Everything runs on Cellarion's side. Nothing to install locally, no database to seed. The trade-off is that the catalog is not yours: if you rely on it in a project, its contents stay under someone else's control.
