mcp · bykarantelicom — Claude Code MCP server: crypto derivatives data
Feeds your agent funding rates, open interest, liquidations, options and ETF flows. A free account key is required.
claude mcp add mcp -- npx -y bykaranteli-mcpWhat mcp does
The server talks to the public JSON API of bykaranteli.com and exposes 68 tools to your agent. Some only read the market; the alert and watchlist ones touch your own account through your key. Coverage starts with Binance USDT-M perpetuals, while funding arbitrage, liquidations, order book depth, options and insurance funds pull in the other venues listed on the coverage page.
Connecting and listing the tools works without a key. Every tool call needs one, though: a free key comes with a verified account and allows 30 requests a minute and 15,000 a month. Send it as the x-api-key header, as Authorization: Bearer, or in the URL for clients that cannot set headers. A key sitting in a URL is a password in plain sight, so revoke it if it leaks.
Two ways to run it. The hosted endpoint https://mcp.bykaranteli.com drops into any MCP-capable assistant as a custom connector, nothing to install. The local route goes through npx and needs Node.js 20 or newer. Both the current protocol revision and the older initialize handshake are supported, so existing clients connect as they are.
What it helps with
- compare funding rates across exchanges
- spot funding arbitrage between venues
- find where leverage has piled up
- pull liquidation totals for a day or a week
- check flows into Bitcoin ETFs
Example prompts for the agent
- Show me current funding rates for BTC and SOL
- Where is there funding arbitrage between exchanges right now?
- How much got liquidated in the last 24 hours, and who got flushed?
