Base Intel MCP exposes on-chain read operations for Base mainnet through an HTTP endpoint at https://base.datakoot.com/mcp. The service retrieves information directly from public Base RPC providers with fallback mechanisms. Setup requires zero authentication tokens or account registrations.
The server offers five query tools. address_report inspects ETH and USDC holdings, transaction counts, and contract status for an account. token_info and token_balance fetch ERC-20 parameters and specific wallet balances. For network tracking, gas_now reports real-time gas costs in gwei and wei, while tx_status checks block heights, gas consumption, and execution results by hash.
Because the server is strictly read-only, it cannot sign payloads, broadcast transfers, or interact with state-modifying contracts. All surfaced on-chain data serves strictly informational purposes rather than financial counsel.
