avalanche connects an AI coding agent to Avalanche actions. It can create a dapp scaffold, deploy a contract, run a mint flow, and read blockchain data. The server is part of AvaKit and starts through npx.
Use it with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Gemini CLI. An agent can create the nft-mint template, deploy it to Fuji, and inspect the resulting chain state. Node ≥ 20.11 is required to run the toolkit, so check that before adding the MCP server.
AvaKit also ships templates for ERC-20 apps, token-gated content, Avalanche L1 launches, and cross-chain messaging. This MCP server handles agent access to Avalanche; it does not provide the application interface.
