The integration exposes 71 tools spanning customer metrics and sprint planning. An assistant inspects funnels and retention rates, logs incoming feedback, and creates roadmap features directly in conversation. Three endpoints render interactive MCP Apps interfaces, presenting visual task boards and weekly insight summaries instead of raw JSON payloads.
Several functions reach external recipients. Actions such as reply_to_conversation send messages to support visitors, while post_to_channel writes directly to internal team chats. Destructive calls are restricted. Running delete_task wipes out subtasks without recovery, so the server rejects the request unless confirm: "DELETE" is explicitly passed.
Connecting requires an active AIOProductOS workspace. When using the HTTP connector, authentication runs through an OAuth browser flow without manual token pasting.
