What AiAkiv Memory does

This remote MCP server links assistant sessions across different directories through a cloud knowledge graph named MemoryWeft. It registers tools starting with the mweft_* prefix. Agents use them to index key facts and recall prior discussions during fresh runs.

The infrastructure is hosted by OnMinimum. Because saved content leaves your machine and resides on AiAkiv servers, passing private tokens or confidential code is a security concern. First-time setup in Claude Code triggers a browser window for OAuth authorization before tools become active.

What it helps with

  • Recall architectural choices agreed upon in previous sessions
  • Search past discussions through a unified knowledge graph
  • Share agent memory between Claude Code, Cursor, and other tools

Example prompts for the agent

  • Look up the database schema decisions we made yesterday
  • Store our current API conventions in long-term memory
