Automated web actions frequently hit Cloudflare challenges, login forms, or 5xx errors. Instead of blindly cycling through retries, an agent can inspect the host's declared policies. The server checks whether the target site permits specific crawlers, checks its current availability, and points to supported integration paths.
The service exposes the read-only check_incident tool and an optional report_observation tool over HTTP. Setup does not require an account or API token. You must pass only the public hostname. Passing full URLs, query parameters, auth tokens, or chat logs is not permitted, which keeps your private request context safe.
