Winnerz Casino - Player’s winnings haven’t been received yet.
The player from Germany had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout hadn’t been received yet. We explained that withdrawals could take up to 14 days and might be delayed by KYC verification or a high volume of requests, so she was asked to wait and cooperate with the casino. After the waiting period passed, we requested an update and later extended the timer by 7 days, but she did not respond. Due to the lack of response, we were unable to continue the investigation, and the complaint was closed for the moment.
