William Hill make up rules as they go along. Today i requested my pending funds to be tranferred onto my card which theyve had details for years. They locked me out claiming they couldnt verfiy me. ive asked for an address so that i can serve a Summons therefore. Shoddy service Dont use folks. They cant verify their own existence. As of today 5th Aug , still awaiting money owed. Anyone in a similar position should contact Financial Ombudsman and Trading Stadards.
