I've been with William Hill for years…

I've been with William Hill for years and, overall, I'm probably a few hundred pounds down. Earlier this year, I decided to spend more time researching horse racing instead of betting on impulse. After a bit of effort, I managed to get a couple of hundred pounds into profit.Almost immediately, my account was restricted. I no longer receive promotional offers, and most of the time I'm limited to staking less than £1.I find this incredibly unethical. Companies like William Hill spend millions on advertising to encourage people to gamble and seem perfectly happy when customers are losing money. However, as soon as you start winning, they quickly step in and restrict your account. The reality is that they appear to welcome losing customers but discourage successful ones. The "safer gambling" messaging feels more like a regulatory requirement than a genuine commitment to customers. From my experience, it seems they're happy to take your money when you're losing, but not prepared to accept customers who can win consistently.
