I contacted the "message us" icon in the app hoping to do a live chat regarding a temporary exclusion period. Although at first I wasnt interacting with real person, it said it would put me in touch with a member of staff who excel in this area. This was at 1.03pm and its now 18.32 and no one has replied, even though the virtual assistant said someone would be in touch shortly. What is they're idea of the word "Shortly" Not happy with this service.
