signed up for an account with promotion and it wouldnt let me log in after creating my account, i waited for over an hour in a chat waiting for an agent there was no estimated wait time and they remove you from the queue if you are inactive for 10 minutes so i was messaging every 10 minutes saying i was still waiting. eventually nobody got back to me so have 1 star for the **** customer service
