Customer service is absolutely shocking unhelpful I cant remove a old bank card that was replaced due to fraud because william hill say its linked to subscription and unused bets in Vegas but are unwilling to help me sort this out to remove this old bank card even tho iv added a new card this has been ongoing now for months and this is absolutely ridiculous customer service with william hill is as helpful as a fireproof suit made from BUTTER !!! ITS ALL LIVE CHAT HONESTLY THIS CANT GET ANY WORSE THEY HAVE DESIGNED IT JUST TO MUG PEOPLE OFF !!!
