Vulkan Vegas - They are not accepting my KYC

I won no deposit bonus , 94 EUROS , i sent the documents for KYC as requests , good quality photos (clearly visible) , they wont accept my kyc as they said its unreadable(bullshit) , i sent 2 photos of my ID and 2 selfie , utility bill and proof of payment , they are clearly bullshiting me and refusing to pay bonus
