Holding the withdrawals for up to 7 days and forcing you to do KYC. Upon doing KYC, they ask for a screenshot from your e-banking app. If you deposited via crypto they ask for a screenshot from your crypto wallet which shows your name. They are such amateurs that they don't know there's cold wallets like ledgers, that don't require you to fill in your name to create a wallet. My user ID is 18511348, if my 320eur transaction isn't processed within 48 hours we will go the legal route.
