Sugar - casino issue

Hi! I had a pending withdrawal in casino Sugar in amount of 3778.8 EUR. They closed my account and accused me of some collusion. I deposited the casino twice and made only one withdrawal. Maybe it happened because I used bonuces for both of the deposits but according to casino terms it is not forbidden.
