Starzbet 20000 TL Withdrawal Not Paid Fake Receipt

On October 10, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 20,000 TL from Starzbet. My account username is delikopat38 Starzbet marked my withdrawal as "Paid" but the money never arrived in my bank account.As proof of payment, they did NOT provide an official bank receipt. Instead, they sent me a Lightshot screenshot link: prnt.scThis link was hosting an image named "İşlem Dekontu" showing Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O. Now this link is deleted / not accessible, which proves it was not an official bank document.I have a screenshot of what they sent. It is blurry, low resolution, with no verifiable transaction ID or official QR code. My bank confirmed that no transfer with such amount was ever received from them.I have contacted Starzbet live support for 13 days.
