Stakes— player complaints: 5 in English

I have made a deposit on 23rd feb for 1500 via UPI. The UPI app shows transfer successful but stakes saying that they have not received payment. I have proof of payment with UTR but they are simply denying and not giving any proper response

Achtung Betrug.

hello I played on casino stakes through your bank and I won 603.49 euros (including bonus of 100 euros automatically deducted)) I played almost 3000 euros of bets of which more than 99% slot machine bets not exceeding 4 euros but this casino, which is looking for pretexts for not paying the winners' winnings, refused my withdrawal by confiscating my winnings for the pretext that I had not seen in promotion and that the system could have tried to do, which is unfortunately just done. to 20 euros on a virtual horse racing game (category simple game) with a profit of less than 80 euros in all that in addition did not help me to play and win the slot machine because I already benefited my balance already exceeded 400 at the end before making my withdrawal and this rule of the bo us is well hidden in their condition of bonus and not mark in promotion (just have to play the 35 times deposit and bonus to unlock the bonus) what I am extremely dishonest of them because there is no abuse and their system (if they were in good faith) could have avoided doing these some things that if I lost I would not have been reimbursed to believe that they were waiting for a pretext for not pay the winnings well encasing this rule in bonus condition all the way down in 15th line in all small and not big in promotion bonus so I would like to know if you can help me get my winnings (I have history of play if you need me them even you punch me username and password if you want) to see you their bad faith and also to be able to add in your blacklist of casinos this casino stakes to prevent that other players are being scammed by this casino which uses tricks to do not pay the winnings because they could have just raised the profit of some 20 euros would have been fairer and even more if the system avoided this kind of situation and that this rule capital is clearly visible in promotion not to be condemned to lose even by winning thank you very much my distinguished greetings
