However, through the live chat I have not been able to find a proper way to speak to a human agent who can actually address the transaction.Stake's own website says its live chat provides 24/7 customer support and that customers can speak with real support agents, so my experience has been very different.I am not reviewing the betting experience here. My complaint is specifically about a completed INR payment that has remained unresolved for more than five days and the difficulty in reaching someone who can actually investigate it.I have provided the UTR, transaction ID, screenshots and escalation details. I simply want the ₹9,999 either credited to my Stake account or returned to the original payment source, along with a clear explanation of what is happening.I hope Stake resolves this promptly rather than continuing to provide generic “under review” responses.

I deposited 7500 dolars to stake 3 days ago and I played some dices slots and sportbettings then they blocked my funds 7099 dollars are remaining and shown in the account.
