Stake has been a very disappointing experience for me. My withdrawal has not been credited to my bank account even after several days, while the transaction shows as successful. Customer support keeps asking for more documents and bank statements, but there is still no clear resolution. The process has been slow, frustrating, and stressful. I hope Stake improves its support system and resolves pending withdrawal issues faster for affected users.

Made a deposit on stake a month ago for about a 100$ which is equivalent to 10k Inr and the transaction was also successful through my payment method and yet the stake’s team or mail team keeps on brushing me off saying that I should contact my bank and raise a chargeback and i did all the said steps to get my money back but when my bank raised a chargeback the remitter bank rejected the chargeback 3 times very unprofessional and very frustrating it is never faced any issues with stake in past but now they don’t care to investigate onto the log sheet os that day when the transaction was made and they simply will read me mail templates in response totally worst experience with stake would not suggest to use the website for entertainment

Been a user of stake since last 4-5 years , it's the worst stake has been I’m extremely disappointed with Stake’s handling of my deposit issue. I made a ₹2,498.10 UPI payment on 15 August 2026 at 9:07 PM, and upi clearly shows the transaction as Successful. I have the complete payment receipt, UTR, and transaction details as proof.I escalated the issue through Stake, but the case was eventually closed with the response that the funds “did not reach” Stake. That was the extent of the help I received — essentially zero resolution even after providing all the evidence of the payment.The biggest problem is the support system. The AI/bot only gives predefined options and does not properly allow me to explain the situation or speak to a real human operator. Some payment problems genuinely require a human being to investigate them. A bot repeatedly sending you through options and then closing the conversation is not acceptable when someone is missing money.I have done my part, the payment was successfully debited from my account, and I have the UTR to prove it. However, Stake placed my account under Level 3 (Address Verification) and Level 4 (Source of Funds) restrictions, demanding corporate payslips and stamped bank reference letters.To prove my address, I submitted my home utility bills (water bills). Since I reside in my family home in Yemen, these bills are under my father's name. After inspecting these valid utility documents, Stake's support completely rejected them and demanded that I instead provide a stamped bank reference letter alongside a bank statement, or obtain a notarized municipal declaration—requirements that are practically impossible to fulfill under local Yemeni infrastructure.Furthermore, for the Source of Funds, I explained that I am an independent, self-employed home tailor receiving cash payments. Corporate payslips legally DO NOT EXIST for my situation. Despite this, support agents (Aleksandar, Jelena, Leontina) continuously copy-paste automated responses demanding non-existent corporate documents and refusing to escalate the case to senior management.Forcing a user into an unachievable document loop while holding $1,030 USD is an unfair confiscation of player funds.
