As a Platinum II level player on Stake.com, I expected a much higher standard of customer service and loyalty appreciation. Following heavy and frustrating losses, there is zero immediate compensation
As a Platinum II level player on Stake.com, I expected a much higher standard of customer service and loyalty appreciation.Following heavy and frustrating losses, there is zero immediate compensation or support offered at this VIP level. Instead, players are left high and dry, only to potentially receive a meager, pathetic bonus days later after the damage is already done.When I reached out to the live support team to raise my concerns, instead of receiving professional assistance, my communication channels and live chat privileges were restricted. Silencing players and blocking communication rather than addressing issues properly is very disappointing.I hope the management reviews how loyal players are treated and how chat restrictions are handled. Based on this experience, my rating is 1 star.
