I had USD 7,359.34 in my Stake.com account (ID: DK900261). On March 20, 2026, Stake permanently restricted my account and confiscated my funds without providing any evidence of wrongdoing.

Over 4+ months, I contacted 6+ different departments at Stake (support, accounts, complaints, compliance, legal, DPO, recovery) and received 6 contradictory explanations:"Misleading information submitted" (accounts team)"Account sharing/collusion" (complaints team)"Forged documents" (senior specialist)"Bank statement never uploaded" (affiliate management)"You can withdraw your funds" (support, April 4 — never honored)"Final decision, cannot be reversed"Stake's own Terms of Service (Clause 4.23) requires them to inform users of withdrawal methods upon account closure. They never did. Clause 9.1 states funds belong to the player. Yet they refuse to release them.On April 4, explicitly promised I could withdraw my remaining balance. This promise was never honored. They then changed my account password, preventing me from logging in.I have filed complaints with:FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)US Federal Trade Commission (FTC)Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA)Curaçao Ombudsman (complaint accepted)Binance Compliance (fraud report filed)If you are considering using Stake.com, be aware that they can restrict your account and withhold your funds at any time, without evidence, and without any meaningful appeal processUPDATE (August 1, 2026):Stake.com responded to this review stating my account was "reviewed in accordance with our Terms of Service" and that information has "already been communicated through the appropriate channels."I must clarify:Stake's own Terms Clause 4.23 requires them to inform users of withdrawal methods upon account closure — this was never done. Clause 9.1 states funds belong to the player — yet they refuse to release them."Already communicated" means 6 contradictory explanations from 6 different departments over 4+ months, none supported by evidence. That is not communication — that is evasion. On April 4, 2026, support@stake explicitly promised I could withdraw my funds. This was never honored. They then changed my account password, preventing login. If Stake has specific evidence of wrongdoing, I have repeatedly asked for it. None has been provided.I have now filed complaints with FBI IC3, FTC, AUSTRAC, Curaçao Ombudsman, Binance Compliance, Cloudflare, MarkMonitor, and BBB.I am still willing to resolve this peacefully. I await a substantive response through email, not another generic statement on a public platform.
