The player from Mauritius was unable to access the wallet section of the account after a 2,500 USDT withdrawal, as the casino suspected a breach of its Terms and Conditions. Despite providing proof of address and source of funds multiple times over three months, the account remained suspended, preventing the player from withdrawing 4,073.93 USDT. We reviewed the casino's confidential evidence and found it consistent with the explanation that the player's KYC submission did not meet the required verification standards and showed signs of alteration. As a result, we accepted the casino's decision to permanently restrict the account and withhold the associated funds, and the complaint was closed as rejected.
