Rain banned by no reason, why?
I'm encountering about rain banned 7 days, 3rd time for this month.I've asked a lot of support staffs but they can't help anything, just answered me all the same answers like "it up to luck" >>> it's ridiculousFirstly, I always wagered $4k-$7k per week both casino & sports and always active in chat, followed all the rules and never get muted (these are basically qualifying for receiving rain tip) Before this, I always receive rain around 2 months consecutive daily by no problem. Since 5-11 Aug > I've never received it even any $1 for 7 days although I still qualified.12 Aug > return to receive rain normally all the day13-19 Aug > Not received any rain again for 7 days 20 Aug > return to receive rain normally all the day again (first time 1.45 am and latest time 1.20 pm)but for now while I'm writing this post, it's around 6.40 pm, for more than 5 hours that I've not received it again although there's not much user in chat and rain bot has tipped 4-6 times per hour normallySo it seems I'm starting get rain banned 7 days for 3rd time in this month...🚫Why Stake is not fair with me? I'm VIP Platinum user, has history total wagered a lot, never violated the chat rules, always active in chat, wagered $4k-$7k per week but... why you did it to me?
