Looping Responses & Fund Withholding: Allow Withdrawal of My $1,030 USD and Close My Account!
My username on Stake is John1y.I am writing this to report that Stake's support team is continuously giving me the exact same copy-pasted responses with zero actual solutions. They keep demanding corporate payslips and stamped bank reference letters—documents that are physically and legally UNAVAILABLE for an independent, self-employed freelancer in Yemen.I have already fully completed my Level 1 Verification using my official government ID, which fully verifies my legal identity.Since we have reached a complete dead-end and their system cannot accommodate freelance documentation from restricted regions, stop giving me the same automated runaround!I am requesting a very simple, standard procedure: Allow me a one-time final withdrawal of my funds ($1,030 USD) and permanently close my account.Holding a player's money hostage behind an unachievable document loop while refusing to escalate the case to senior management is unacceptable. I demand an immediate administrative review to release my funds and terminate this business relationship.Account Username: John1y
