**1 Star – Withdrawal Still Not Received & Support Is Extremely Difficult to Reach**I requested a **₹4,000 withdrawal on August 14, 2026**. I was told that the standard processing time was **3 business days**, meaning it should have been completed by **August 19**.Today is August 20, and I still haven’t received my money. What makes this even more frustrating is the support situation. I tried contacting them through email, but I was told that email support is no longer available and that I should use live support. However, I’m not even getting a proper option to send a message or communicate with someone who can actually resolve the issue.I have no problem providing my **bank statement or any other proof** showing that I have not received the withdrawal.I’m not asking for anything unreasonable — I just want my **₹4,000 withdrawal** that has already exceeded the stated processing time.I’m leaving this 1-star review because of both the **payment delay and the lack of a proper support channel**. I hope the company sees this and actually resolves the issue instead of giving another generic response.I will update this review if the withdrawal is eventually received and the issue is properly resolved.
