Dear Stake Support Team,My name is Simran Kumari, and my username is Simran0160.I made two withdrawal requests on 7 August 2026:- First withdrawal: ₹14,000, from which ₹700 was deducted as a fee, so ₹13,300 should have been credited to my bank account.- Second withdrawal: ₹2,200, from which the fee was deducted, and ₹2,090 was successfully credited to my bank account within about two hours after I made the request.However, my first withdrawal of ₹13,300 has still not been received, and it is now almost 7 days since the withdrawal was marked as processed.I have sent several emails to Stake regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. The support chat option for sending messages also appears to be disabled for my account, so I am unable to contact support through the website.When I send emails from a different email address, I receive a reply asking me to contact you from my registered email address. But when I send emails from my registered email address, I receive no response at all.This situation is causing me serious concern, and it feels unfair that my withdrawal has not been resolved despite multiple attempts to contact your support team.If Stake is reviewing this email, please check my username (Simran0160) and the related withdrawal transaction, verify the pending payment, and credit my ₹13,300 to my bank account as soon as possible.I request an immediate investigation and a prompt resolution of this issue.Thank you.Sincerely,Simran KumariUsername: Simran0160
