Unjust Account Closure and $920 USDT Funds Withheld After Full KYC
I am writing this review to publicly report an unfair action taken by Stake regarding my account (Username: john12y).I deposited 499 USDT of my personal funds and placed a sports wager of 495.54 USDT. I won the bet legitimately, raising my total balance to 920 USDT.Following their request, I fully cooperated with the identity verification process:I completed Level 1 and Level 2 ID verification (Identity Proof).I completed Proof of Address verification.As requested for further verification, I submitted an official 6-month bank statement.Immediately after I uploaded the requested bank statement, my account was permanently closed with a generic message claiming a "breach of Terms of Service," without providing any specific reasons, evidence, or explanation. Furthermore, my total balance of 920 USDT (including my original deposit of 499 USDT) has been retained.Support agents via live chat refuse to provide any details or escalate the matter to the compliance team, offering only automated canned responses.UPDATE:Stake replied to this review with a template message citing sections 4.19 & 4.21 without providing a single piece of evidence or identifying any actual breach. A generic clause does not justify withholding funds after successful identity verification. I am taking this issue to CasinoGuru and the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (GCB).
