SpinIt - Withdrawal being held

Deposited £80 on the 28th of March to claim welcome bonus and won £997.20. They’ve not paid out even though I have provided all necessary documents. Their live chat agents all tell me they don’t know how long it will take, but it’s now been 3 weeks so I’m getting massively impatient.
