Spinia — player complaint #65147, 2019-04-07: withheld payouts

So. I got 30 freespins and won some money, several thousand. but since my withdrawlimit was 500NOK i went to withdraw that and played with the rest on high bet, just to have some fun. I knew i had withdrawn what i could and was planned to just play and lose the rest. While i was playing (didn't take many minutes) they cancelled my withdraw because i had to send pictures of my credit card. Thats ok, but they put my money back on my account while i was playing the money i had planned to lose and i had know way of knowing. When i had lost the money i couldnt withdraw i went to history and saw that i had also lost my 500NOK wich i thought was beeing withdrawn. This provoked me since there was no way of knowing it had happend. i saw i had an increase in money while i was playing but i didnt watch the screen all the time and thought it was a small winning from my playing. I tried to talk to them about this on my chat since i thought it was unfair but they just answered by blocking me so i couldn't communicate with them
