I was blocked since before for gambling problems. I made a two new accounts, with different email but all other things where the same.
I won 2000 euro and asked for a cashout and wanted after that to ask the casino to block me again for gambling problems.
The casino locked my account and told me that they won't pay out my winnings. They don't even give me an refound of my deposits, even tough they did wrong too by letting me making new accounts and not block them. I'm blocked at their sistersite, Bobcasino, for gambling problems.
So I'm not a new player.
I want my winnings and they can keep the deposits since I've lost track of how much I've made in deposits since I've had three difference accounts at Spinia. It's alot more than the 2000 euro.
Please help me.
