Spinia - payment complaint

I need help but I said that since I'm Polish, don't help me because Poles are treated badly in other countries ... I am asking you to check my case because ... I went through my ID verification a month earlier then they should block my player's account and this one they did only when I won a lot, without discussion they blocked my account ... and my payments were lost ???
