Spinia — player complaint #63649, 2020-06-01: bonus terms

Dear, I used the deposit bonus from Spinia. After winning a significant amount of money and wanted to pay out they confiscated the money because I betted more than €5. I checked the bonus terms and yes they have a rule for maximum bet. And yes I betted more than €5. Only at 1 game (Immersive roulette with a live dealer) which is excluded from the bonus promotion in their terms. The bonus terms at point 4.c say: "Also excluded from the bonus promotion are all games with a live dealer.". This are special bonus terms on top of their normal bonus & general terms. I checked with someone at the live chat and he also confirmed: [EDIT] Hello. How may I help you? Me Hi [EDIT], in the bonus rules I'm reading some games are excluded from the bonus promotion so if I'm playing those the bonus rules don't apply right? [EDIT] Yes Therefore the bonus rules don't apply on my winnings because the live game and so my winnings were outside of the bonus promotion. So I just made the winnings with my own deposit. And it was even specially excluded in their own bonus terms. I want my winnings to be back on my account so I can withdraw them.
