I miss 2650.-- cash money.
I deposit 1000.-- cash on my account .
Before i deposit 1000.-- was my account 0.00.
And i dont have take any bonus ,
I bet on game baccarat and win 2 times.
My saldo was 3852.50 and i stop at 3752.20.
I want cash out, but can only 1100.-- . Rest 2650.-- was missing.
Casino tell my i have actieve bonus,but this is not possible, Because last playdate was 01- 06- 2020 and my account was 0.00.
I have all proof. Screenshot with desposit no bonus. And history of gamble and win history. Casino do not pay 2650.-- they want play 1100.--.
I was angry and play 1100.-- again and win 2090.--
2090.-- has payout but not 2650.-- ??
