On October 29, I made a deposit of RUB 2000 through my VISA card. On October 30, I wanted to withdraw funds in the same way that I made a deposit, but I was refused and told that this withdrawal method is not available for my country. After that, I created an EcoPayz electronic wallet and requested a withdrawal to it. I was also denied withdrawal to EcoPayz and explained that there was a refusal on the part of the electronic wallet. I contacted EcoPayz management and they contacted Spinia's finance department directly. After that, my application for withdrawal is expected from October 1.
