Spin Station - Withdrawal denied
joined Spin station and deposited £50 to which i received a 200% bonus, i started betting on the Bloodsuckers slot to then which i found this only met 20% of the wagering requirements so i then moved onto other slot machines and played for hours on end to meet the wagering requirements which i eventually did and had won £1001 which i started a withdrawal for. I have now received an email today which states they will not be honouring my withdrawal as within the welcome bonus you are only allowed to bet a maximum of £5 per bet, this was not clearly shown on receiving this welcome bonus. They have returned my initial £50 deposit only. Not only was this £8 bet placed on the game that only cleared 20% of the wagering the majority of the wagering requirements was met on other games and actually my winnings would have came from those other games that didn't allow bets over £3.60. I feel like they have used this as an excuse to not pay out my large win at the most they could of removed the 20% for that particular game i feel that would have been fair. I am a single mum and that money literally was a lifeline for me right now so to be now declined it for something that was not clearly shown unless i would of significantly looked at the small print i feel is totally unfair and unjust! In absolute no way was this a deliberate breach of any terms and conditions this was a genuine misunderstanding and mistake on my part and would please that the decision be reconsidered. I did read the terms and conditions and did not see anything in the main terms about this rule and since have had to dig deep into other rule pages to find it.
