I got 20 VIP free spins Midas Golden Touch game.
No maxwin limit, wager x 50.
I won 50e in free spins and got wager (over 2500e ) done. My balance was after this wager about 1500e.
I played a little more and got my balance up to 4000e.
I asked chat can I cashout my whole balance and after checking the customer service said yes. I also confirmed was the free spins with max win limit and chat said no, no max win limit.
So I made cashout for 4000e amount on friday 4.11
I got email on sunday 6.11 that my cashout is cancelled and the free spins had max win limit.
I tried to talk with the agents and all I got that they are sorry it's human error etc.
The manager promised to contact me via mail and explain everything and we could find some solution both can be happy but I have not received any messages. It's been now a week.
This is misinforming. They can not change the rules however they want to.
