I won almost 900 euros. a bonus was active, but was not used. according to the terms and conditions it says I cannot and must not play higher than 5 euros, which the casino also prohibits if you want to do it. I won the money by buying free spins made from my real money amount, it doesn't work the other way around because the casino blocks it. the casino took my money away because I allegedly broke the rules, which is not possible. I ask for help
